Whole-House Water Filtration — Central Texas

Filtered water at every faucet. Every appliance.

A whole-house filtration system treats water at the point of entry — so every drop that flows through your home is cleaner, clearer, and free of the sediment, chlorine, and contaminants that wear down your plumbing over time.

How It Works

One system. Every drop. Treated at the point of entry.

A whole-house filter is installed at your main water line — before water distributes to any part of the house. Every faucet, shower, toilet, washing machine, and dishwasher receives pre-filtered water.

01

Sediment Pre-Filter

Captures particles, rust, sand, and debris before they reach downstream filters. Protects the entire system.

02

Activated Carbon

Removes chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, and compounds that cause taste and odor issues.

03

KDF Media (Optional)

Controls bacteria and scale. Extends carbon filter life. Common for well water or high-chloramine supplies.

04

Post-Filter / Polish

Final filtration pass for any remaining fine particles or taste compounds before entering your home.

Well Water Applications

Well water needs more than municipal filtration.

Homes on private wells don't receive municipal treatment — sediment, iron, bacteria, hydrogen sulfide, and other naturally occurring contaminants arrive unfiltered. We test well water on-site and build a system matched to your specific water chemistry.

Iron & Manganese Filter

Remove the orange/brown staining and metallic taste caused by dissolved iron and manganese.

Sediment Filtration

Captures sand, silt, and particles common in well water before they reach appliances or fixtures.

UV Disinfection

Eliminates bacteria, viruses, and other biological contaminants without chemicals.

Acid Neutralizer

Corrects low pH (acidic water) that corrodes copper pipes and fixtures over time.

Hydrogen Sulfide Treatment

Removes the "rotten egg" odor common in sulfur-bearing aquifers.

Whole-House Filtration Questions

How often do filters need to be replaced?

Sediment pre-filters typically every 3–6 months. Carbon filters every 6–12 months, depending on water quality and household usage. We leave you with a maintenance schedule and offer replacement service.

Will it reduce my water pressure?

A properly sized whole-house filter should have minimal impact on water pressure — typically less than 5 PSI. Undersized systems or clogged filters can reduce pressure, which is why professional sizing matters.

Does it work with a water softener?

Yes, and the two systems complement each other well. The whole-house filter is typically installed upstream of the softener to prevent sediment and chlorine from fouling the softener's resin bed.

Is whole-house filtration worth it if I already have a Brita or pitcher filter?

A countertop pitcher filter only treats water you pour through it — it does nothing for your shower, washing machine, dishwasher, or ice maker. A whole-house system treats every drop that enters your home.

Do you install systems for small commercial buildings?

Yes. We serve light commercial applications including small office buildings, restaurants, and multi-unit residential properties. Contact us for a site assessment.
